And delicious if I do say so myself :)  I used to eat oatmeal before tests too because the fiber keeps you full for long periods of time. Since historically I have taken my exams at 12:00 pm, it has been extra necessary for me to get enough food so I don&amp;#39;t start getting really hungry near the end of the exam. Before my last exam I had steel cut oatmeal w/blueberries and a fresh fruit smoothie, with a PBJ sandwich on sprouted grain bread before my exam.
